Based on the instruction of President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, the ALE "National Association of Cooperatives and Other Forms of Economic Communities of the Republic of Kazakhstan" initiated the conference "Comprehensive Measures to Combat Financial Pyramids."

On February 15, 2021, President Tokayev held a meeting with the leadership of the General Prosecutor's Office and set several tasks for government agencies, emphasizing the importance of countering financial pyramids.
To involve a wide range of the public and public organizations in implementing the President's instructions and to develop proposals for the most effective and comprehensive implementation of his orders, it was decided to hold a Zoom conference.
