Certification is carried out through the Certification Center at the "National Association of Cooperatives and Other Forms of Economic Communities of the Republic of Kazakhstan" through the examination by the examination commission appointed by the order of the President of the "National Association of Cooperatives and other forms of economic communities of the Republic of Kazakhstan". If by decision of the general meeting of the cooperative a management company is appointed as the executive body, then the head of the company must have a certificate of "Chairman of the cooperative" from the "National Association of Cooperatives and Other Forms of Economic Communities of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

The person responsible on the basis of the concluded agreement for the preparation of the documentation necessary for the organization and state registration of the cooperative, the involvement of members of the cooperative, the correct execution of their rights to cooperative shares, the registration of cooperative shares and their owners in the "Unified National Register of Cooperative Shares", the sale and transfer of cooperative shares to third parties.

- Do not have debts to government agencies.
- Be a member of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs and have no outstanding TSA debt to the NCE.
- Is not in the process of litigation with third parties (legal or natural).
- Be a subscriber to the mailing list of information from the "National Association of Cooperatives and Other Forms of Economic Communities of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
- Have an employee who has been trained and certified by the National Association of Cooperatives and Other Forms of Economic Communities of the Republic of Kazakhstan as a Chairman of a Cooperative, a Cooperative Agent, a Cooperative Business Accelerator.
- If necessary, have a license for licensed activities, a franchise license, a license to use the necessary software and other forms of intellectual property.
- Own the necessary facilities and equipment for the provision of services or a contract for its lease for the entire period of provision of services by a certified supplier to the cooperative.
